By Ethaan and Nicolas, Year 4
At 9:15am, Years 3 & 4 walked to the I-Max Cinema to watch a short film about the USA. It was 45 minutes long with 3D glasses and helped us to see how amazing America’s geography is. After that we got a bus to Brockwell Community Greenhouses. When we arrived, we identified invertebrates (creepy crawlies) and what habitats they like best. Then we started to find little creepy crawlies in the soil and one group even found a massive spider! We saw snails ,woodlice, a few earthworms and even a 7 month old newt, called an eft. Finally, we walked to the train station, hopped on a train and got off to catch a bus. However, the bus didn't come! In the end we had to walk back to school. When we got back, we were drained of energy but it was worth it!
