In Year 5 and 6 we are studying the art movement, Cubism. One of the main artists in this movement was Pablo Picasso and we looked at his painting, 'Still Life with a bottle of rum'. Using this as inspiration, we drew our water bottle or a wine bottle using charcoal pencils. We used techniques like cross-hatching, hatching, stippling, scribbling and shading.
