Year 1 and 2 have been busy in Project Afternoon! We used eco-friendly biodegradable packing peanuts to construct igloos, which we learnt about in Geography as part of our 'Homes around the World' topic. Year 1 and 2 had great fun using lots of LCS learning characteristics: experimenting, collaborating, organising and persevering! They reflected on their creations:
"It was tricky figuring out how to make the pieces stick together." "We found the roof the hardest part." "It was fun working together."
