In Years 1 and 2 we have been learning all about the seasons of Autumn and Winter. This week we learnt more about animals that have to adapt to the winter season and the various ways they do that. We sorted pictures of animals into 3 categories: hibernate, migrate or adapt. We did some deep thinking about what animals do and why they do it to survive the cold cold winters.
